There are two computers
in the shop area equipped with Mitchell Repair and Management, ShopKey, and
with networked internet access and with print capabilites. The data on these
computers are backed up nightly to a RAID device server in the back room. Training
on these computers is part of orientation and computer technology training courses
will be offered as new programs are available to the shop.
The customer service
area is equipped with two computers for invoicing and estimates. These computers
are also part of the internal network and invoices and estimates will be sent
to the customer service area as such. Mitchell Management is installed on these
systems for billing and invoices.
